Immediately he recognized the problem with.the gate not closing snuggly & pausing halfway thru it's swing as a loose and too short of a bolt anchoring the gate to it's post. Marty just serviced a gate actuator for a client of ours, after we had unfortunately damaged it. - there was an initial misunderstanding, but Marty took the time to speak with me and reviewed how we arrived to our current position.

At first I was a little surprised that when you call, you are directed to send in a service request on their website. No problem when technology works, and for them it does! I sent in my request and received a response within 24 hours and Marty was out within a day. He was very professional—wearing a shirt identifying his company and giving me his business card. This is the way to start a new business relationship. He immediately went to work. We thought a motor was going but it wasn’t that. He made adjustments on the cable board and had it working beautifully. Other people may have just sold us a new motor. I was also having a new keypad installed. Marty first tried to see if ours could be saved, but I knew it had to be replaced. He gave us our options (included doing nothing) and different keypads. When I made a decision, he said he’d have in a day or two and do the install. Sure enough, just as he said, he cane back with the keypad, installed it and had it programmed in no time. I found everything about 352 Gates to be great. They will now be my go-to gate repair company. Thanks Marty!

Great experience with 352Gates of Summerfield! I had waited a month for our previous gate repair company to at least return a call for repair -which they didn't. 352Gates came the same day I called.
